硬质合金厂家分享-哪种硬质合金更耐磨:钨钢的颗粒越小,硬度越高,就越耐磨。The smaller the particle size of tungsten steel, the higher the hardness, the more wear-resistant it is.

硬质合金根据硬度韧性又分为多个型号、如yg8yg15等、型号不对对使用寿命很大影响、你们家用的可能是高速钢(峰钢)里边含一点钨成分但不是钨钢。Cemented carbides can be divided into several types according to their hardness and toughness, such as yg8, yg15, etc. The type does not have a great impact on the service life. 硬质合金耐磨与否是因其晶粒度和含钴量来决定的,晶粒度越细,含钴量越低则硬度越高, 反之则硬度越低, 应该提到的是选择耐磨的硬质合金不能只看硬度, 要看其用途的要求, 一般切削用硬质合金建议用YW2材质的, 硬度比较高, 但如果工作条件冲击操作比较频繁的话, 那就要考虑到其韧性, 但韧性和硬度本身就是互相抵触的 这样的情况下可以考虑选择YG类细晶粒的合金。Wear resistance of cemented carbide is determined by its grain size and cobalt content. 至于说哪种硬质合金最耐磨,其实主要是看使用条件了,最耐磨的硬质合金材料可能脆性更大,所以也不一定能用。在相同的条件下,一般来讲,钨钢的颗粒越小,硬度越高,就越耐磨。如果说出来某几种材料来选择的话,比如国产材料:

YG3>YG6>YG8>YG15>YG20。进口材料分的比较细致,有V系列,K系列等等。
